Bespoke Wellbeing is proud to collaborate with the UK’s best health partners to help deliver a full pathway of care to all our clients. We are keen to meet and nurture relationships with orthopaedic consultants, sports physicians, psychologists, occupational health, human resources, case managers, income protection claim handlers and occupational therapists.
What is a health partner?
A health partner is a health professional or company involved with the care pathway of our patients. They can refer into our physiotherapy services or we refer to them (or both!). The best relationships are built over time whilst collaborating and working together on clinical cases. At Bespoke Wellbeing we believe that health partners need to have the same core values as us and always maintain an excellent level of communication with us.
Do we need this?
There are two benefits to becoming a health partner with us:
- Increased referrals to your services – Physiotherapy may only part of a pathway in helping a patient recovery or an element of a wider wellbeing package for our customers. We therefore need to have strong relationships and links with other health professionals and services to confidently deliver the best level of service to them. Becoming a health partner with Bespoke Wellbeing enables us to seamlessly recommend and refer into your services to get the best outcomes we can.
- Expand your service offerings to your customers – Physiotherapy is an evidenced-based intervention which can add real value to your patients and clients. This allows your service to be more proactive when looking after the wellbeing of employees as well as offering physiotherapy treatment and / or work place assessments once an injury has occurred. Due to our online approaches and national coverage, we are also able to assist if you are tendering for wider contracts that require you to offer occupational physiotherapy.
What makes us different?
Bespoke Wellbeing will always request we meet (virtually or in-person) to discuss core values and service offerings on both sides to ensure that we are the right fit to be working together going forwards. We encourage regular catch ups, shared CPD learning and case discussions to build relationships across all teams and professionals involved in our cases.
We pride ourselves as being a friendly, forward thinking and experienced service and many who work with us recommend us to others in the health and wellbeing space.
